"The hotel was unable to find in Waze and Google Map until we asked someone.
The front desk staff aren't well verse in English and struggling to understand our English and broken bahasa Indonesia.
Booked a room via trip.com and promised King bed but the hotel staff said all economy room comes with queen bed. We found booking information was misleading and felt cheated.
There wasn't a toilet paper in the bathroom and I asked for twice. Promised to deliver but did not.
The pillows of the room are not for normal human being and my partner has to remove more than half of the ” artificial form” of the pillows to reduce height.( I m more than 5 feet and he is more than 6 feet height).... otherwise it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with this kind of pillow."

"The guest house is very basic and does the job for a brief stay in Medan. There are a funky smells as you enter the property but the beds were comfy and a towel and soap is provided which was convenient."
