"Fire alarm trigger at around 11.30pm Sept 13 2025. Thefe is no announcement what happened and guest walk out from the hotel building by themself. Some floor the emergency exit without lighting and in dark. This endanger the guest that trying to escape from the building. Hotel should have Emergency Response Team to handle firealarm that trigger today. Understand from the staff that its trigger by someone smoke in the room when asked. Hotel should have proper communicated to the guest on what have happen and to ensure guest comfortable to continue their stay."

"I recently stayed at Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is excellent—right above the DPulze Shopping Centre, which makes access to food, shopping, and basic necessities incredibly easy. The studio apartment was clean, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and had a cozy workspace, which was great for both relaxation and work. Staff were polite and responsive, and check-in was smooth. The building also felt secure, with keycard access to the rooms and elevators. While the facilities like the gym and pool were adequate, they could use a little refresh. Housekeeping was regular but could be more thorough in some areas. Overall, it’s a great option for business travelers or short-term stays in Cyberjaya, offering good value and a strategic location."

"Good location just beside the main road & near to hospital putrajaya (15mins away). Got ample of parking, no parking charge. Big room with basic amenities & standard toilet. Staff was attentive & friendly. No swimming pool but for short stays, this is an efficient place to stay. Overall very recommended budget hotel in cyberjaya & putrajaya 👍🏼"
