Overall an unpleasant experience staying here, would not recommend to anyone. Further details are listed below along with related images.
1. Cleanliness: Biggest issue here, I noticed dust in various areas and the bathroom didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. There’s also bug on the bed (refer image) which made our stay felt really uncomfortable.
2. Communication: Communication with host was a challenge. There were issues that needed immediate attention but the host was slow to address them. I was informed to pay security deposit of RM100 but in the manual book it was stated only RM50 (refer image). It was also hard to find the designated parking as we were not informed of the exact location.
3. Amenities: The amenities listed in the property description were not up to par. For example, TV plug was broken (refer image), the aircond hadn’t been serviced recently, took a long time to cool the room adequately. There were strange noises & air quality seemed subpar. There’s also leakage from the fridge which we noticed the next day. The host provided towel but it was mostly not in good condition (refer image).
A routine servicing and maintenance could have prevented these issues. Please improve.
