Wow! What a unique experience in the middle of la Rioja. Cuzcurrita is a charming small town that highlights this wonderful small hotel with rooms named and decorated differently while honoring its history. Can’t miss to mention the nicest hosts Laura and Jose, delightful cooks and warm attention. Thank you for an incredible experience!

There are not enough words to describe the warm hospitality of this hotel, with spacious and bright rooms... each one, tastefully decorated, with a different theme set in the world of cinema and theatre. This old palace is, without a doubt, a unique and special place located in the historic center of a charming little town, surrounded by many interesting places to visit... and many activities to do, such as a balloon ride at sunrise over the vineyards! Its owners are always willing to help and advise you during your stay... And the breakfast is authentically homemade and you can see that they put a lot of love into everything they do! We only stayed for 4 days and it was not enough for us, so we plan to return soon, since we still have places to visit... Conclusion: it is a place to spend quite a few days and let yourself be surrounded by the beauty of its surroundings.

Well, what a treat! Hotel Teatrisso is quirky and fun, each room decorated to a theme reflecting the many previous uses of this beautiful building, yet all done in a way that respects its heritage and antiquity. Laura and José were fabulous hosts: hugely welcoming yet efficient and professional. The food was superb (we had dinner here twice it was so good) and the wines delicious. We enjoyed the honesty bar and charming courtyard. In fact, we enjoyed everything about it, including the bill – which was extremely reasonable. Cuzcurrita de Rìo Tìron is a tranquil base from which to explore La Rioja. This place really is an absolute gem – so glad we discovered it.

We were a party of 12 people looking to visit Rioja. Teatrisso is a small and cozy family hotel where you can feel the passion of the owners. Fantastic hospitality that made us welcome and feeling at home. Great breakfast with lots of options, healthy and local cuisine. 12m drive from Haro.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Laura and Jose were brilliant hosts and together with their amazing food and wine we had a magical few days. In 6 weeks of road travelling in Spain this was our favourite place. They have spent years restoring this wonderful building to create imaginative interiors with individually designed rooms showing great attention to detail. Their off road parking was able to accommodate 2 Morgans comfortably and we look forward to a return visit.

Amazing place, with the best hosts, incredible food, comfortable rooms, and surprisingly beautiful little town. Laura and Jose, the owners, are great! Our group of friends had a wonderful time there. Highly recommended if you are in La Rioja.
