Room was clean and very comfortable. Food was good, delicious and attractive. High recommended!!! Good location.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

It's in a great location for Koreans to come The street is a Korean village, so there are many Korean restaurants, convenience stores and marts. It was so comfortable on the first floor. The hostel was clean and the view was good. The host tried his best to eliminate the inconvenience and was friendly And it was possible without difficulty for local guests to visit I will definitely come here again if I travel to Hanoi next time. By the way, Starbucks is on the first floor, so you can walk in a minute.

I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

A well-regulated hotel, in the suburbs of Hanoi, the hotel is OK, very quiet, the door can not be hit, grab is not a play. It is not cheap in the local area, the grade is referenced to the domestic Hanting 2.0, the room is large. Breakfast is OK.

This is an excellent hotel with a fantastic staff. From the general manager to the spa everything was great! I would personally like to thank the night staff of Dat, khanh, & duong for making our late night arrival very welcoming! The day staff of tan, Lan, ngoc, and Mai made our check in easy and quickly got us to our room. The entire hotel staff made us feel like family and I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to spend your Hanoi vacation. The facilities were outstanding as well. The cleaning staff worked hard to make everything look great and the cooks made delicious food for us to eat. The rooms were spacious and very clean as well as the common areas looked great! The gym is top rate and the spa stuff was very professional and warm. Everyone at the hotel was kind and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The entire experience was outstanding and you cannot beat the quality of derive and facilities for a very reasonable price! Thanks again to a job well done by the entire Wyndham staff. Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.
