Not enjoyable. Light switch defective. Ac vents won't adjust. Shower won't work. Tea is served after 30 minutes. I didn't dare to order supper. U hv marked 3 star. It isn't worth 1 star. Entry is not user friendly. Lift is removed.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at hotel mahabir galaxy, cuttack, which i checked into at 10:00 pm. Here are the key issues i encountered: the room was infested with insects and cockroaches. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. Pillow covers, bed sheets, and walls had visible stains, including lipstick marks. The bathroom was filthy, and no basic toiletries like soap or handwash were provided. Used, torn bed sheets, blankets, and pillows were given. The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning and did not cool the room. Cigarette butts, tobacco packets, and cobwebs were found in the room. There was a severe shortage of staff, and no one was available after check-in to address any concerns. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean stay, especially if you need to work the next day, this hotel is not recommended. My overall experience was far from satisfactory.

Location is very good, but the response time for the room service, house keeping, reception, security at gate, etc is just horrible and below average. The hotel management need to introspect and improve thoroughly.

Nice hotel in the main market area. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Ac was cooling sufficient. Food was ok, not much options in breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful.
