Lovely hotel located in the Old Town area of Trapani. Renovated ancient building with modern decor and bathroom. Bedding was luxurious. Hot tub on rooftop terrace. Delicious breakfast offered. Near restaurants and shopping. Very walkable.

Amazing experience, beautiful hotel, very good treatment the rooms were always cleaned with extra care, the place was always in perfect condition. Location was perfect, 10 seconds from the best streets and 5 min walk from the sea, but also quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was great. Special appreciation for the girls on the front, especially Cristina. They were amazing all trip, could not recommend this place any higher. Thank you for having us.

19 room boutique hotel very clean everything you might need ..,breakfast nothing missing ....hotel situated in the old town of Trapani central to all shops & restaurants most of all the staff especially on reception were fantastic helpful & polite any question asked was kindly dealt with the girls Marta & Clara were so knowledgeable on the area giving me & my friend a great itinerary everyday on where to go what to see & best of all where to eat local food ice cream & cakes no problem with the English language the girls spoke at least 5 languages & very well so the experience overall was excellent I must also say that I found Trapani a very safe place to be in late at night walking around asking for direction the local people very obliging ! Food always fresh & of course if you like fish you'd be in the right place fresh tuna everywhere & prepared in all sorts of ways I would say local deli's are the best places to eat if you don't always want to sit in a restaurant & walking shoes a must if your not travelling around by car

The hotel is new and located in the city center, close to bars, restaurants and the main attractions. I had a great experience: the room is clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Spa to try: a real cuddle! Good breakfast.

Small new hotel in a very central location. Location is excellent for strolling the streets of the old town. So many restaurants are within a 10 minute stroll. Parking is available only on the city streets where blue lines are indicated. You may have to walk 1/2 km once you find parking so it is best to unload your bags in front of the hotel (if your navigation can find the hotel). Our room was spacious but the interior views of walls were less than wonderful. Beds are very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked quite well. Service from the various desk clerks was always friendly and very helpful. breakfast buffet is good and supervised by Giuseppe who will make you the perfect cappuccino.

I live in Trapani and I visit Palazzo Gatto when I need to recharge. When I check out, I feel like a new woman. Front desk staff are eager to make your stay the best it can be and promptly solve any problem that may arise. Spa staff are at the top of their field. My favorite treatments are the salt scrubs and decontracting massage.
