This Resort is in the best position in the most perfect place. Our room was clean and very comfortable with only the sound of breaking waves in the distance. We had a 2 bed/2 bath apartment and it was fully equipped with everything you would need. The living area was incredibly large with beautiful views of Currumbin beach and down to Coolangatta. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this holiday accommodation. I wish I could stay forever.

Fantastic location. Great views and lovely pool setting with a games room and sauna. The apartment we had was nothing at all like the images on the rocks resort website. Our apartment was in need of a refurbishment. The curtains in the bedroom had mould speckles and although the apartment was surface clean it was in dire need of some attention on extraction fans and some of the less used areas.

The Rocks Resort is be a hidden gem that needs some urgent love and attention. Gardens are lovely but the common areas are very dated. The unit was more tired looking than the photos on the website. It would not take much to improve. Fresh paint, better beds (king size needed!), air conditioning in the living in area and updated furniture are a must. However, after a week this place has grown on me. Spacious, wonderful ocean views, very handy to the beach, fabulous walks, cafes and the Currumbin Surf Club. Thankfully the southerly winds have been blowing so the weather has been superb!

For a 4 star resort, paying 350plus per night, my family of 5 with 3 young children expected more. No ceiling fans or aircon, only a couple of dirty rusty portable fans were supplied. The walls were filthy and the whole place was lacking up keeps. Fortunately, sheets were clean although, our child did break out in a rash from, we are assuming, high dust whilst staying there. Kitchen was putrid as dishwasher and under sink absolutely stunk. Tiles in bathrooms were cracked, walls chipped throughout and carpets dirty. For a supposedly 4 star resort, paying the above price we expected more. Thank you for our stay ‘The rocks Resort’ but we sadly won’t be back any time soon. Plus points: • view • pool • location • well sized rooms • did allow parking post checkout

Excellent location and lovely unit made for a most enjoyable stay.Highly recommended. Fantastic Beach across the road. Safe & Lifesavers on duty. Pool area,gym & other facilities all good. Restaurants,shops etc all in walking distance.

My wife and I have just spent 3 weeks at The Rocks, and loved it, our first time after years at Noosa Heads. The grounds and pool are in top shape, the staff friendly and the outlook from our room was superb. The beds were very comfy, we will return, David

Photos of the rooms online were nothing like our room. Wifi really slow and then doesn't work Our apartment looked like it should have been redone 15 years ago Moldy curtains A room off the lounge locked with a one way mirror that's damn creapy

The apartment was great however, it was a bit dated but still very clean and well appointed with a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Fantastic location across the road from the beach and an easy walk to the surf club and quite a few cafes and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
