Curral Velho Hotels with Parking

The experience with TUI getting there is another story. There were two buses to the hotel and we were on the second and last in for checkout which took us about 45mins, but (theme starting) the staff were amazing and told us everything we need to know, our cases taking to our suite by the bell boy, who was lovely. The room, we had a suite was in block 7 and had a balcony with a sea view. I wouldn't say it is dated but they are a high volume hotel. the room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Room was cleaned on a daily basis by the loveliest of cleaners who had a new bit of bed art with the blankets every day. Fresh towels and everything perfect. There are three pools, first day we were at main pool which is quite busy with games etc. the rest of the holiday we spent at the infinity pool which I have to say is amazing, bloody freezing when you first dip in but perfect all day. each of the pools supplied clean fresh towels as much as you needed. the bars by the pools serve drinks all day and again the staff are great fun. the beach is spectacular with huge waves but you don't want to go into the sea. There is a main restaurant with a beach side supplementary one. The first day we had champagne which was fab. there are three other themed which you need to book via the app. breakfast was well stocked with everything you could want, same with lunch and dinner. all Buffett but the staff will cook to order if you want. Drinks are on tap or the fantastic waitress will bring them to your table. The staff in the restaurants are brilliant and can't do enough for you. There is entertainment every night and we really enjoyed the variety, the staff make a really effort with everything they do. Overall we had a lovely holiday in 25degrees constant heat in January. We were worried about some of the review, yes there are cats around the complex but they don't bother you and we didn't see any flies. We will go back for January sun next year, but the TUI flight is the only put off. Huge thanks to the all the Staff at the hotel who made our stay fantastic.

First time visiting the RIU karamboa and what a experience it was. From checking in to leaveing the staff have been nothing but friendly, the cleaners, receptionists, bar staff, entertainers etc..... All very polite, happy going people. The food is amazing, such a variety aswell. Food I've never had and it was spot on. The pool bar staff are the most entertaining people you will ever meet, bar opens at 10:30am and from opening to close they are always smiling, laughing and singing to the music, they just make you feel so welcome. The hotel it self is 5* rated and we've had a 5*service throughout, amazing 10 days we've had and will definitely be returning when the new refurb has happened. Obrigada :)
