There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. Staff waiting at the entrance for customers, staff are helpful and pleasant. Hotel is immaculate and beautiful. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only lost a point as the waitress at breakfast ignored me and left dirty plates at table despite clearly other tables used crockery immediately. Felt undervalued and not welcome by her. Airport shuttle service is a taxi. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get loading and to the airport. Highly recommend, you'll not be disappointed.
