Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . The hotel is located in the central area, well-moved, has no good restaurant, a paddle nearby. Clean, but old room has not taken close to the bed head, but generally serves. We made a reservation in the standard room when we arrived and saw it was small (we traveled a few days ago and had a lot of baggage) we asked to upgrade to the larger room we would pay. the difference. just that we previously consulted the value on the booking website and they presented a much higher value, we had to argue with the value of the site. that ended that we didn't feel confident in the service provided. The breakfast is good, but I thought the site could be cleaner, the chairs at least showed signs of encarditis.

This was truly an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Their breakfast is great with all sorts of treats, breads, fruits, fresh juices, among other delicious food. Novotel’s staff members are friendly, highly professional and courteous. Shoutout to Ailton and Pamella who work at the front desk. They made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Curitiba. It’s located in a safe area and there are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and even a mall nearby.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

The hotel is very close to the hotel, and it is very close to the hotel. But this doesn't always prevent my trips to Curitiba from being hosted... in 20 minutes by car I'm in the city center. I recommend without fear of mistake...

Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.
