All You Need

This establishment is very good. It is not a hotel, it is an apartment hotel. What changes, the cleaning and the bed are not made. Breakfast is not included. You have a small equipped kitchen, with microwave and refrigerator (even if it is very noisy at night) The positive points: Very well located in the city center. Less than 100 meters from the XV Novembre street, a pedestrian and very commercial street. Close to the garden, Passeio Publico, Tiradentes square, 24 Hours street, the many bus stations of Carlos Gomes square, etc ... Clean, functional, bright room, ours had air conditioning. On the other hand, the room seemed bigger in the photos! Very practical, in the establishment, there is a laundry (you can wash and dry your laundry. You pay with your credit card), a catering point (where you can have breakfast, a snack during the day or lunch or dinner. The menu is limited but it is very practical), a point of sale at the reception to help out where you will find drinks, cakes, basic necessities (soap, toothpaste, etc.). Very secure, upon arrival you are registered and there is facial recognition to enter the establishment, in addition a security guard is present at the reception 24/7. The negative point: registration must be done on the Internet, so for foreigners, it is necessary to have Internet access (which was not our case) and we were blocked because we had to fill in the CPF that we did not have! Fortunately the person at the reception helped us from his computer, but the procedure lasted more than half an hour. Tedious when you arrive late in the evening after your trip or you only want to get to your room as soon as possible! This negative point is particularly impactful for foreigners who do not have Internet access, no CPF and who do not speak Portuguese. This point will not be impactful for Brazilians.
