I loved! It really smells like a hotel, but the bed is made of springs and is really bad for sleeping, they gave me another blanket when I asked and I found a market very close by I highly recommend it but the bed is bad if you're going to stay longer to rest... but if you're going to go for a walk here, great place, my room came with a bathtub, I loved it, the cleaning lady was very sweet to me, Mc Donalds literally below .

Good morning 😄 As always, the hotel provides a great service and has excellent customer service. Whenever I go to Curitiba and stay at this hotel, the Andrade Braz chain, I am very well received. It's a central, simple hotel, but it has good amenities 👍🏼

When I called to confirm my reservation I informed that I was PWD and that I had a problem with my leg, and at no point was I informed that to access the hotel there is a huge staircase and that only from there would there be an elevator, otherwise it was great During our stay we were very well received, the room was clean and fragrant, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the location is great, the hotel is right in the center.

Great hotel! Perfect location, right in the center close to everything, shops, restaurants, park. Great breakfast, room too, beds are springs, some have bathtubs. No noise, you can sleep very well. I am very satisfied!

When we returned, we saw that they had cleaned the room, the towels were the same. After complaining, they only changed the towels. The reception itself asked us to make a complaint so that they could improve future services.

Do not cancel the reservation. There were no towels or blankets in the room, so you had to ask for them. Television with very bad image. The shower is good. It was clean.

Terrible facilities, in the ad it says hotel parking does not exist, there is a partner parking lot that is 200m away, in the rain it was horrible getting to the hotel, in the rooms there are no sockets only in the bathroom, TV only takes 6 channels, terrible air conditioning Maintenance was very noisy, the blackout didn't cover the entire window and there was a lot of light in the room, the elevator didn't work straight away, we had to go down the stairs on the 5th floor, oh, did I mention that there are no sockets in the room? Review this urgently!

Worst experience of my life, I made the reservation for myself and my wife who is in a wheelchair, but when we arrived at the hotel, we simply had no way to enter the hotel as it has a huge staircase that leads to the reception, with no other means of access. , on the website they say there is an elevator but it is only from the reception up, first you have to go up the stairs, I had to leave my wife waiting at the door to go up to the reception as there is no information down there, in short there is no chance of a wheelchair user entering this hotel (wheelchair user or anyone with mobility problems) inclusion 0! They transferred me to another one in the network a little further away, and also with stairs but smaller but every time I had to go in and out I had to remove my wife from the chair, sit her in a separate place or climb the chair and put her back in, From the reception to the elevator there was a staircase and to the restaurant too, (we were sent to the Hotel Guaíra) a terrible place, everything was old, dirty, smell of mold, stinky towels, bed linen smelled of mold and was scarce, a very inferior place to my reservation, and nothing was reimbursed, I paid for one, I stayed in another that was much cheaper, sad, we came back humiliated and frustrated!!!!
