The room was spacious but old and lacking some renovation

Some improvements are due:
1) Some bath towels were too old (could see through some parts of the towels)
2) Food cupboard and drawers not cleaned
3) Drawers in wardrobe not cleaned
4) Curtains need washing
5) Ceiling by the windows has some black dust

We liked the staff. They were so politely and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely, we will book this hotel again.

If you do not a portuguese speaker, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all cost.
Staff were rude when I asked if anyone spoke spanish or english so I could communicate the problem which was, the cleaning lady abruptly got into my room without knocking or announcing herself. I was in my underwear.
The male receptionist "with the piercing holes" at my check out was absolutely the worst.

O check in foi tranquilo e já avisaram que o estacionamento era pago à parte, o que já era sabido.
Acho que um hotel desse porte deveria ter mais elevadores disponíveis, apos o café da manhã era bem complicado voltar ao apartamento pois os elevadores são pequenos e muito disputados, pois nos hospedamos durante o carnaval. A única observação quanto ao café da manhã é a falta de empatia de alguns hóspedes de não disponibilizarem a mesa apoia terminar a refeição. Muitas pessoas esperando em pé e sem ngm pra organizar. Mas não penso que seja culpa do hotel e sim das pessoas não terem educação pra pensar nos outros.
Os funcionários foram nota 10 o tempo todo.
O sofá cama não é muito confortável e cada vez que meu filho se mexia fazia barulho. Acho que as mobílias precisam ser renovadas, uma vez que o hotel era um antigo flat e é um pouco antigo.
A localização é ótima, até pq já morei na mesma rua e acho muito fácil andar na região.
