O Novotel foi absolutamente perfeito. Além do conforto e da limpeza do hotel e do quarto, o café da manhã foi excelente. Mas principalmente a cordialidade dos funcionários foi incrível (especialmente do Ailton na recepção)! Recomendo 100%!

NOVOTEL一直都裝修得挺好的，很大很舒服，酒店也很新。早餐種類也挺對，就是早餐omellete不是很合胃口，全都是培根 沒蔬菜之類的東西。新烤出牛角包很酥脆很好吃。

兩份牙膏牙刷竟然收了50快當地貨幣，相當於100左右人民幣，還不送上門，一定要去前台領取。跟其他酒店免費的是一樣的質量，住這裏一定要自己帶牙膏牙刷。

住了四天，入住第三天卡就刷不了，下去補刷，第四天又不行，又去補刷，你就不能一次性刷好四天嗎？

Oi,
Primeiro que cobraram duas vezes, tinha feito a reserva e pagamento online.
No momento do check-in eles identificaram a reserva, que tinha um cartão de crédito mas disseram que não conseguiam identificar que tinha sido pago.
No check-out cobraram novamente a diária, num valor diferente do que eu tinha pago online (cobraram duas vezes e valores diferentes.
Depois notei mancha de sangue no nosso edredom (não na capa, porque eles só devem limpar a capa de edredom , mas no edredom).
E por último pedimos um lanche no quarto (misto quente e café), enviaram só o misto. Lembramos do café, subiram novamente com a garrafa de café sem xícara (?) e depois pedimos xícara e enviaram. Mas deveria vir tudo junto.
Atendimento muito fraco para um hotel Novotel.
