Todos os apartamentos têm carpete, e isso não é alertado aos clientes no site. Para pessoas com alergia fica impossível a estadia ,já que até na sala de café tem carpete.

Hotel bem localizado, porém, eles falarem que são um hotel apto para atender celíacos, é uma mentira, porque não tem nem louça separada, os celíacos tem que comer nós mesmos talheres que todos, com isso tem contaminação, compramos diária com café da manhã, e não pudemos usufruir, tivemos que comer em outro lugar, os funcionários não são treinados em relação ao glúten, acham que passando álcool resolve. O quarto estava fedendo a mofo, mas o isolamento acústico é excelente e o atendimento também.
