The cleaning service is satisfactory. The breakfast is good, but there is no great variety. The location is good, near a variety of tourist attractions in the center of Curitiba.

O hotel é bem localizado, ao lado de um shopping e um supermercado. Os quartos não t isolamento acústico, todo ruído da rua (bem movimentada) é transferido ao quarto. Há poucas tomadas elétricas, ainda no padrão antigo (recomendo levar adaptadores). Há aparelho de TV porém é apenas ilustrativo, não funciona (nem mesmo acende qualquer luz indicativa ao tentar ligar) - é possível que seja problema apenas neste quarto, no entanto todos os pedidos para os funcionários verificarem foram prontamente ignorados. A cama é grande e confortável. O banho tem boa pressão de água. As toalhas são ásperas, velhas e tem odor ruim. O atendimento na recepção é bem ruim (parte dos funcionários, não todos). Não há carregador, ao chegar com bagagens e malas, o próprio hóspede se encarrega do transporte. Não há informe de boas vindas (explicação das áreas do hotel, localização do quarto, localização e horários do café, etc). Há estacionamento (apenas manobrista), é cobrada uma taxa diária (atualmente R$30,00).

Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .
