Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . The hotel is super organized and clean. The room is wonderful, super cool, clean bed linen, air-conditioned and bathrooms with dryer. Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of things, and I will stay in this hotel again.

We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.
