Novotel’s staff members are friendly, highly professional and courteous. Shoutout to Ailton and Pamella who work at the front desk. They made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Curitiba. It’s located in a safe area and there are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and even a mall nearby.
