Depois de várias estadias em outros hotéis da região resolvemos tentar o IBIS Curitiba Aeroporto. O atendimento foi excelente, com uma atenção especial ao atendimento aos pets, com fornecimento de uma manta, fralda e pote de alimentação. O quarto é padrão IBIS, com uma cama confortável e tamanho compacto, porém o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos. O jantar foi horrível. Pedimos um hambúrguer com fritas e uma tilápia com arroz cremoso. O hambúrguer estava torrado, iteralmente com gosto de carvão, as fritas brilhavam de gordura, a tilápia frita super gordurosa. O café da manhã também estava péssimo. O café preto estava intragável, o restante tudo de baixíssima qualidade. Iogurte (bebida láctea) era pura água e o pão duro. Enfim, hotéis da mesma bandeira próximos, todos melhores. A única coisa que salvou foi o atendimento. Todos no hotel muito simpáticos.

Gostei do hotel de forma geral, ótima localização. O quarto é muito confortável, amplo, com uma boa ducha. O café da manhã deixa a desejar: não tem opções de pão e outros doces/salgados sem glúten, e os pratos quentes estavam gelados.

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . The hotel is good but the parking leaves to be desired. I had to park in the ground and it is so low that the front of the car is dragging on the ground (this is not even down my car). The floor doesn't leave the lights on the ground and it's very dark, it has some sensors of proximity but only near the lifts that I realized.. A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.
