Hotel Boutique Raices is the kind of place you always dream of finding on your travels - but dreams so rarely come true, do they? Fear not, Raices is the real deal, and you can start looking forward to it. Better book an extra night right away - you can easily take some lovely walks in Curico's mountain park and find delightful restaurants to dine at. Look forward to... A large, bright room with beautiful furniture, a large bed, well-equipped bathroom Thick, plush towels and luxurious toiletries A friendly, smiling reception from people who even speak a little English A wonderful lobby area where you just want to relax A perfect location in the middle of town - and free, gated parking The breakfast doesn't quite live up to the rest of the towering standard. Not because there isn't enough food, but because the quality of the ingredients is very mediocre. But never mind - we said goodbye to the dream hotel with bleeding hearts and immediately wanted to turn around and start over with a new stay.

It is a modern hotel, very central and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel restaurant, excellent. Both the breakfast and the lunch menu are totally recommended. The attention of the staff, very professional and friendly. Two points against: firstly, the older rooms have a very narrow shower with nylon curtains that make the experience very unpleasant, secondly, they do not have room service, which makes a work stay very uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night, we were tired and just wanted to rest and replenish our energy. Around 11:00 p.m., we started hearing a party, we thought it was a nearby pub, then we heard like a drill in our head, we tried to call reception and The intercom was bad (batteries burst), we called from a cell phone and they told us that it would be an event until 01:00 in the morning (it lasted until 02:30), and they said they were unaware of the other drill type noise that lasted until 02 :00 AM, because of the complaint they said they would give a discount on the rate, the next day we had breakfast and prepared to leave, before leaving we opened the Phrygian bar and found a closed tray of chicken with fries, our surprise was huge. According to all this, we will hardly stay here again on a new visit. To be fair, in order to compensate for the damage, they reduced our rate by $10,000 and gave us a bottle of wine, but not the one we wanted because it was very expensive. $12,000, if not one of the cheapest 🤣🤣🤣. Recommendation if you stay, check your room well 🤣🤣🤣

The hotel is nice, although it is a little old it is well maintained and the decoration is consistent with its style. Unlike other hotels in the city, which have a more executive profile. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly, they were flexible with our requirements.
