The room is quite big and the hygiene is good. Because it was dark when we arrived, we didn't notice the row of equipment outside the window. There were all kinds of noises in the room when we were sleeping, which made it difficult to fall asleep. Bad review

Have fallen in love with this hotel! A must stay here every time you come to San Jose! Very convenient for those who do not drive! There is a square downstairs of the hotel. There are all kinds of food and drinks around. There are many options. The key is that the interior of the hotel is very quiet, clean and tidy! Excellent!

We know the area well but I quickly booked a hotel on our way down to Santa Cruz trains so that we wouldn't need to drive so much over the weekend. Well, I love going to this plaza when we're meeting up with friends in Cupertino! There's a somisomi and ippudo among other great dessert spots and restaurants. There's a nice courtyard and a grassy space in front of the hotel for the toddler to get his wiggles out. And there's included parking and breakfast (which was also solid with waffles for the little one and a croissant sammy for me). We'd definitely stay here again if we needed a quick overnight.

Clean and easy to navigate. Parking is super easy and free. Electric vehicle charging available too. Laundry facilities are available on this property too for long term stays. I love the kitchenette and double attached rooms for large families

The staff are accommodating and very friendly. Always has a smile and offers the warmest welcome every time I arrive. My room is timely ready and spot clean. Breakfast in the morning is fresh and satisfying. The overall place is homey and relaxing. Will definitely return

This place was wonderful however, I will say that the check in staff was rude and unfriendly. Considering the price, you'd think they would have great customer service. But they were sub-par.

LOVED the location, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants! Free hot breakfast was great! Room was ready early, which was very nice. Other hotels will charge you extra to check in early!

Love the convenience of this place as it is close to plenty of dining options and places to visit. The place is elegant, very clean and sanitized. The staff are always been friendly and accommodating. Parking is easily accessible. Will definitely return.
