Didn't feel welcomed
Did not stay. Front desk person lacks customer service, asked to change rooms and then became very rude. So didnt stay and went somewhere else for the night.

I knew this wasn't going to be the greatest they are doing construction. I wouldn't stay here until its conplete

I was made unaware of renovations that were taking place onsite until arrived. There was also lack of staff manning the front desk so I had to wait for 10~15 minutes for someone to arrive to check me in.
The room itself was OK but when reviewing the room, there was dried paint dots in my shower and bathroom floor.
When checking out, the elevator was out of order so I had to take the stairs from the third floor.
I was not impressed.

Pool was not open and waffle machine was not working. I had to plug up the lamp a d the usb to charge phone was not working. The room was comfortable.

Not happy that there was not an ice machine on our floor. We had to ask the front desk for ice and they barely gave us any. Please put out a water container that use to be there again, had to ask the staff to turn the water in the dispenser on because I was not going to buy a bottle of water. The staff was not happy about that Your hotel use to have water set out in the lobby

This property is really nice, they are still doing some construction on the 2nd floor, but everything is NEW & NICE! The check is was great, the staff is so incredibly nice & friendly!

Comfortable!!
Reservations were perfect! Clean room, comfortable bed location and friendly staff will bring ys back. Hotels are a crap shot anymore and will stay here again.

It was under construction so hard to judge given that many things were not finished. Breakfast was very limited to packaged food, no microwave, no ice machines, etc. The price was very high for what we had but might be good once it's finished. I would recommend they give 4 pillows per bed instead of only three.
