Positive, Very clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom with all hygiene products. Hotel staff with very friendly and professional attitude. Thank Fernando and Emma for their concern for our well-being, attentive to our needs and doubts. There is good mutual help between the hotel staff, from the receptionist to the maintenance technician. Full breakfast, nothing was missing. Negative, parking the vehicle indoors requires you to fetch a key from the garage at the reception and then put it back, instead of a key, the use of a remote control by user would be excellent. Beach 4 minutes away on foot, without many people, with a lifeguard, excellent, except for the very fine and hard sand. Two Pools, one in the garden excellent for adults and children, on the top building the pool with Spa, superb

En general es un buen hotel, aunque necesitaría una pequeña reforma. A pesar de ello, las habitaciones son como apartamentos (salón/cocina con TV y sofá cama) , baño grande y dormitorio (también con TV)con colchón muy cómodo y terraza. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno no está mal (pero en otros hoteles de la misma cadena hay más variedad de comida). El personal es súper simpático (conocimos a Fernando) y es súper amable con los clientes y muy resolutivo. Pondría una estrella más si no fuera porque el agua del "spa" estaba congelada. En general el hotel está bastante bien. Volveriamos.

Estado muy degradado y con cosas rotas. Falta Cajón de mesilla cama, agua fría en la ducha, falta de mantas en las camas, poca intimidad entre terrazas vecinos y con las casas de enfrente. Spa no activo en Semana Santa, ni piscina exterior, sin embargo cobran como temporada alta. Un ascensor de los dos que hay, esta estropeado. Estado general de abandono , intolerable en hotel de 4* con SPA. Penoso.

Experiencia Pésima y Horrible Hotel que no corresponde para nada con las estrellas que tiene asignadas. Las habitaciones no tienen nórdicos, por lo que pasas frío ya que tan solo tiene una sabana fina y punto. La limpieza deja mucho que desear en todo el alojamiento.

Piscine Fermé L'hotel ne merite pas sa note. Il est pas mal situé. Nous avons prit cet hotel pour sa piscine mais arrivé sur place on nous a dit qu'elle était au 5eme étage c'est bien mais au final elle a été fermé pendant notre séjour. vraiment déçu. Dans la chambre pas de verre, pas de Kleenex, pas de frigo, pas de chaine francaise a la télé. il ne mérite pas 4 étoiles
