POSITIVE ELEMENTS An excellent second stay of three(3) nights in the Phi Hotel Principe with a 'Superior' room, with feelings of being a little bit 'at home' with a form of 'personalised' service! From the welcome at check-in, the quality of the room presentations, the overall charm of the 'common' areas, the excellent choice of breakfast products and the professionalism/efficiency of the breakfast staff [Ines], to the final check-out, were all excellent and 'value for money'! NEGATIVE ELEMENTS None, except for the fact that it would appear that the Phi Hotels Group Italy still does not have a fidelity card which 'penalises' faithful clients!
