"Lovely big hotel. Had a delicious 3 course dinner and a great all you can eat buffet breakfast, all included in the price. Hotel is a bit dated but bed and pillows were very comfy and bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with good water pressure. I would say the only thing that lets it down is that the car park is a bit small for the amount of rooms that the hotel has "

"The reception is gone at 11pm. Call in advance and say that I would like to find a supervisor to wait for us, but no one will be there when I arrive at the hotel. It's not that if we book another hotel, we can only sleep on the streets. But, but Ctrip helped me get justice, and a full refund was made. Like Ctrip👍"

"We were in Coatbridge for a family celebration . Our stay in Mondo was so enjoyable The staff are excellent and went the extra mile to ensure we had a carefree visit.
The breakfast staff added to the enjoyment nothing was too much trouble for them and the breakfast was delicious. We liked that the menu was so varied and the cost was very reasonable
