There are plenty of trails for ATV’s and hiking on the over 10,000 acres at the adjacent Cumberland Trails state park. We have several parks& waterfalls in the area. Close to golf courses, boating, swimming, visitor center, and many amenities. Ground floor living room, dining nook, full kitchen, washer dryer and half bath. Also located on the ground floor is a nice walk out patio from the living room. Upstairs is two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other a queen sized bed. Also upstairs is a full bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a TV in the living room and wifi. Kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and a regular coffee maker. This unit does not have a dishwasher. Also included after booking if requested, are guest passes. The full first and last name of each person is needed.
