"I always like to live in the Spring Hill Hotel. The room is large, the breakfast is rich, the location is biased, it is conducive to self-driving travel, just on the high-speed side, it is very convenient to drive in and out."

"This hotel was a gem. The room was clean and was updated. I love the fact there was no carpets in the room! That was the best part.
My second time staying there.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Some stains on the sheets, not much.
The front desk was efficient, and helpful with finding a place to eat
They followed the CDC requirements due to COVID and we felt safe.
I hope they keep up with maintenance and not let it go down like most hotels.
Definitely worth the stay. "

"Stay was great! Cindy the customer service associate at the desk was helpful in accommodating our requests. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were quiet even though it is near a roadway. There was a mini fridge in the rooms along with microwave. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The ac ran quietly and was good and cold.
The breakfast was diverse and tasty and replenished often. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available 24/7.
We would definitely stay again."

"We needed the hotel to sleep for a night. We were able to book last minute. It was clean and we were able to check in later than expected. Help was prompt and the staff was helpful. I would book again should the need arise."

AAnonymous UserGreat place to stay if staying longer than 4 days. Book in advance. Contact the hotel to make sure you are on their radar for a room, so you won't be left out in the cold. The house refrigerator, kitchen sink, and stove were great to have.

TTiCheck in was pretty easy and fast. The hotel isn't in an ideal location if you don't drive. Walking to the mall is a little ways away but there is a shop across the road but it's pretty tricky to get across the street. The room was a good size but you don't get any extra toiletries such as tooth brush, comb, etc so make sure you have your own. The hallways did smell like smoke and the gym is on the bottom floor but was out of order my whole stay.

EEverythingFirst door was jammed so I had to get another room. It was jammed also but I kept it because I needed it. There was vomit by my room but I guess the don't have cleaners at night so I woke up to seeing it too. Bugs are getting better. But the staff was kind.
