"The hotel was clean, and the exterior was nice with a pool and a courtyard.
I liked the easy access from the airport, about 15 minutes by car, but to get to the nearby mall, I had to go under an overpass on a deserted highway, so I avoided walking there at night.
The spacious room and the bathroom with a large mirror were nice, but it was disappointing that there were not enough towels for everyone.
I wanted hot water, but the hot water dispenser of the electric kettle was made of plastic, and it was designed only for making coffee, so the hot water splashed around a lot and looked cheap.
Also, if I were to be greedy, it would have been better if they had disposable slippers.
The breakfast buffet was too small, which was disappointing.
There was a wide variety of bread, milk, and fruit, but no soup.
The only side dishes available were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and potatoes.
However, the side dishes and coffee tasted good."
"Our experience at this hotel was extremely mixed. I’ll list the good points first, and then mention issues we had, as they were quite significant.
Pros: The location was great, close to the airport (about a 12 minute drive) and also right next to a huge mall with a Target and many restaurants, several grocery stories, Starbucks, etc. Super convenient for flying in/out of LAX and also getting around various locations in LA.
The aesthetics of the lobby are generally nice and it seems like it’s been renovated recently. There’s also free (and delicious) chocolate chip cookies in the lobby around 5:30 each evening.
The front desk staff are generally helpful and responsive.
Finally, to the cons:
Most of our gripes are related to the hotel’s housekeeping service. The housekeeping service at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. We constantly had to call and ask for basic necessities the weren’t replenished: no wash clothes or hand towels, no bedding for the couch bed, several times they failed to take the very full trash out, etc. Worst perhaps of all was how they never changed the paper, ice biner, or glass cups in the room. We used the glasses on the first night of our stay, the next day they took one of the dirty glasses and left the other, never giving us cleans ones or taking the dirty glass for the entirety of our 5 day stay (see photo). They also didn’t replenish the paper coffee cups.
At the end of our stay we shared our dissatisfaction with the front desk manager over the poor housekeeping services and she was very understanding and apologetic and there was any way she could make it up to us, which was very appreciated."
"It was perfect for a family of 4 in a room with 2 queen beds.
It's a bit far from Universal Studios or downtown, but it's close to The Getty, and it's easy to get to by lift or rental car, and it's a safe and clean area, so it was the best choice for our family. There's a large shopping mall right in front, within 5 minutes' walk, so you can get a variety of food and everything you want.
What do you want?"
"The hotel’s decor is very unique, creating a cozy community feel with lots of greenery and relaxing spaces. In the evening, there’s even a fire pit where guests can unwind. The breakfast is also quite good — although there are no hot dishes, the quality of the offerings is better than what you usually find at standard hotels.
The only downside was that we were woken up in the middle of the night by a call from the front desk, saying they heard footsteps from our room. However, we had already been asleep, and it turned out the noise was actually coming from another room."
"It was ok accept the fact I’m out of $300 for the deposit because their system was down, I stayed here about 21 days and the day of while I’m at work I get a call I can’t stay for more then 21 days and that my belongings would be removed , mind you at the moment I live in my car besides residing here . Im trying to stay motivated but I feel duped ...."

Very Good
AANVery new hotel with a strong sense of design. Good location from santa monica and beverly hills are very close. Next to the mall is also very close to the street that eats brunch on sunset ave. It is definitely not wrong to live in this hotel for friends who don't consider living in Chinatown.
FFPT SOFTWARE HO CHI MINH CO LTDMy room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a comfortable work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay productive. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured I got a good night’s rest after long workdays.
GGuest UserWe booked this room for a quick refresh during our 11 hour layover in LA before our international flight. The hostel was very clean, organized, and served our needs. I would highly recommend. The staff provided all of the information in a detailed email with a video on how to locate the hostel as well as where to park.
