When we got in the lobby and had to register through bullet proof glass we should have run away!! The lobby is shabby, and the business center is a PC and Monitor on a shelf with no desk or even a chair.
Our sink wouldn't drain so I tole the front desk each day. It was not fixed and on our final night before we went elsewhere the sink was totally blocked and filled with black water. The only good thing I can say it that the restaurant, which is not affiliated with the hotel is excellent.
I can't believe Travelodge puts their name on this place.

Mattress in room was v shape absolutely horrible. Day two woke up to our room flooded. It rains an half the room had about 1/2 of water. We had to move. The rain came from outside and under the door. My husband almost fell Because he did not notice the water at first.

My night was terrifying, because of the people in the next room.. they could not be controlled and I did not sleep all night and was in fear.
The sink in the bathroom did not work.

This is a good property. And the price was reasonable. However, the traffic noise was only outdone by me being on the second floor and on the third floor somebody decided to be dancing all night long. So if you’re going to stay here and get the truly inexpensive rate for LA then you should be on the third floor so that you don’t hear people dancing all night, other than that, it was great. Thank you.

Tv, on light not working. Electric out let not working. Water in shower trickles. Floor cracked here n there n wall is patched with tape. Mattress in very poor condition.

I requested for an early check in and was charged $50 for a 2 hour early check in. I had checked with them on the phone if I could check in early and one of them said there are many rooms available and that it should be no trouble to do an early check in. But the other staff that checked me in charged me and I had to wait till some arbitrary time for a room that was clearly cleaned days before.
I had done early checkins to other hotels. The staff are usually accommodating to early checkins and don’t charge any extra if there are rooms available. If no rooms are available, they would just say that upfront, so that I can plan my travels accordingly.
I ended up overpaying for a horrible room and service.

OK, when I booked it, I did forget that it was a motel. Seeing that it was a motel, it was not terrible. The only problem in my opinion was the walls were very thin and we could hear the people next-door very clearly. But it was overall clean, and if you need a place to stay, it’s not the worst. They’ve got rid of the carpet and put in fake hardwood on the floors and the rooms were overall fairly clean, although ours had a very strong scent of cigarette smoke.
