"We arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge.
Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault).
The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough."
"Best for families, close to retail park, few nice places for kids, infolate, bowling etc nearby.
Best hot chocolate all day serve free of charge.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Would stay again if going with family.
Nice , fresh breakfast.
Free parking."
"Lots to love but room for a few improvements.
The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up
Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful.
Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!!
Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes.
Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door!
Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important
Food is expensive for the quality you get too"

"Evening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.
The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .
We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.
However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep.
At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table. When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.
Lasting impression I would not rush back."
"Nice location, facilities, and super friendly staff 🥰 Me and my family had a good stay in this hostel, will definitely choose here when we visit Inverness next time!!!"
