This hidden gem behind a row of other hotels is the newest and in pristine condition! It had an outdoor pool that was open in April, Ray the attendant at the front desk warned us it was cold and came to check on us. My 5 yr old quickly became a fan of Ray as he brought us towels to keep him warm and complimented his jumps into the pool as Ray told us he is also a cetified life guard and has been a swim instructor. Great personable service. He made sure we knew where everything was and I enjoyed his conversation and helpfulness. Breakfast was so good and my wife noticed just how clean everything was although the large breakfast area was busy with people, staff handled it all with great care to clean surfaces and refill everything. Super friendly staff. They want your business and they deserve it. Ray said since they are tucked behind every other hotel, those fill up first and they are last to, but skip those and head on back to fairfield it's worth it. My company uses Marriott for work travel and we earn pts we can use for ourselves so i stayed free with pts.

As a Lifetime Platinum member, I've had hundreds of stays in Fairfield Inn's around the country over the years. This is an exceptionally nice Fairfield. Very friendly staff (I'm going to single out Ray in particular), new, clean, and quiet. The franchise owner of this property didn't cut corners in designing the place. Very nice touches throughout. If I were management, I might look into tweaking the breakfast offerings, which were surprisingly sparse given how nice the rest of the hotel is. But that seems to be the pattern at many Fairfield Inn's now; breakfast is often a weak spot. Speaking of breakfast, I have to mention the breakfast attendant. Obviously a recent immigrant, since she could speak very little (almost no) English. But she was the nicest, friendliest person you can imagine, sincerely thanking every person as they left the breakfast area. She personified what's good about immigration in America. My compliments to management for hiring her. She's a real asset to the hotel.

This place is almost new. Our room, on an upper floor, had been rarely used—everything was spotless. Parking seemed safe, employees were great…….breakfast offered many choices. Our fellow customers also seemed pleased with their stay and the atmosphere at breakfast was bright and cheery. Rarely have we stayed at this nice of a modestly priced motel…… Hope to stay at this brand of a motel in the future.

The front end staff was awesome, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello before I even got to the desk. Hotel was bright and clean, breakfast had lots of options, nice well lit parking. A pleasant stay.

Great staff, modern hotel with USB C in the furniture, good location is away from the traffic. I stayed in a king room and it was everything I needed. Highly recommended. No issues at all and very quiet. I will come back soon and stay here when visiting Cullman.
