Ample parking nearby with a short walk to the establishment. Friendly staff met us at reception and showed us to our private room, which cost £50 to hire (historically was free). The charge was non-deductible from the final bill and we could use it for up to 3 hours. We decorated the room (allowed limited decoration). There was 8 in our party, but we were charged for 9. The food was good, with adequate privacy (soundproof). The total bill was £232.85.

Another fantastic meal at the Seafield Arms. Great food served in very comfortable surroundings by a professional team always ends up being a pleasurable experience. The Black Gold Angus Fillet was the best steak I’ve enjoyed for a long time. I look forward to my next visit.

Went today to the “small plates and music “ event. It was a lovely afternoon with amazing food and live lovely singing and guitar playing by Gareth Bryant. One person who stood out was Olivia who was working in the main lounge, she was very attentive and helpful and seemed to be non stop making cocktails. Well done also to the rest of the team for their first class service ensuring all guests enjoy a first class experience.

Lovely lunch for my sisters birthday in the newly decorated Bar 19 I chose the vegetable kasmiri curry My sister had the sweet & sour chicken kebab both were delicious We then opted for sweets, I had the banoffi baked alaska my sister the duo of desserts which were also lovely We did have a good time to wait for our main courses but we were in no hurry The waitresses were friendly & will definitely recommend

We went for food in bar 19, first time being since the renovation. We all had 3 courses which were really tasty. My highlight was the Pear crème brûlée and the baked alaska. 10/10. Whoever is the pastry chef deserves a raise! The two waiters that were on were lovely as well. Replenished our drinks and weren’t too harsh or trying to oversell. It’s lovely to see how the place has came together recently. I didn’t get to take pictures because we were all so excited to eat our food.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I would like to mention Danielle who went over and above to help us with our tv that had slight problems, she was an absolute angel. We went to Banff which in my opinion was crap this was the best place to go.

This was our first stay at the Seafield Arms and all the staff we encountered were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. We had drinks and a really good meal in the bar in the evening, which was delicious with good portions. We were allocated a room at the back which was quite convoluted to get to overlooking the car park and it was quite noisy when the bar singer played. It was an average size room with a comfortable large bed but quite dark and on closer look the bathroom ceiling was peeling, the paintwork had scuffs and stains and there were hairs and small flies in the bathroom. The room only rate was £190 which is pretty steep for what we got but luckily we had a voucher, otherwise we would have been sorely disappointed.

We stayed for two nights for our tenth wedding anniversary. What a fantastic hotel. Gorgeous room which was spotless, fantastic friendly staff and wonderful food. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful feel to it. We will be back!
