Es una lástima que este hotel no respete los anuncios que pone en *******. Estaba anunciado que el la tarifa de hotel incluía el desayuno. Cuando llegue al hotel les enseñe los que vi y fueron muy groseros al no aceptar lo que les mostré. La señorita Rosario fue muy poco atenta. Otra señorita me comentó que iba a resolver la situación pero no logró nada. Después hablé con Santiago Arellano Salazar. De igual manera después de explicarle la situación no arregló nada. Hay otras buenas opciones de hospedaje y está definitivamente no la recomiendo.
