The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, pod coffee maker) open to the living room with a sofa convertible into a brand new double bed, on which you can relax in watching the 50-inch smart TV or doing a yoga session on the mat provided. A bay window gives you access to a shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture which will allow you to savor the traditional holiday aperitifs. A private garden gives you direct access to the swimming pool of the residence. The bedroom, with a large king-size bed, storage cupboard, safe and desk, also offers direct access to the private garden to enjoy the outdoors without waking travelers sleeping in the living room.
Adjoining the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A separate toilet is also accessible in the accommodation.
