Stayed for one night en route to Belgium. Place is looking a bit tired in places but did the job just fine. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and much much better than we were expecting. Evening meal was solid. Would we stay again we sure would.

Hotel de paso para viajeros. No es un hotel para vacacionar, solo para pasar dos o tres noches. Las habitaciones chicas, wifi normal para abajo. Es un hotel 2 estrellas. Lo bueno es que tiene cocina y en Francia sea donde sea, la comida es siempre punto alto. Desayuno normal, no es abundante pero tampoco escaso. Alejado del centro de Douai (donde está la terminal de trenes), donde podés ir caminando (unas 20/25 cuadras) o tomarte un colectivo, que son gratuitos.

Hôtel très bien situé à à 5 min en voiture du vieux Douai. Équipe accueillante et sympathique. Installations un peu vieillissantes, mais les chambres sont propres, la literie ainsi que la salle de bain impeccables. Les nuits sont calmes malgré la route qui borde l'hôtel. Buffet petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et bien présenté. Je recommande !

Personnel très aimable, à l'écoute et très réactif (problème de télé à mon arrivée), très arrangeant (je devais partir très tôt pour l'aéroport de Lille et ils m'ont proposée de me faire un petit dej plus tôt). Un cuisinier qui connaît son travail, bien mangé et différent tous les soirs (merci)

Excellent accueil par Stéphane lors de notre arrivée à 23:30. La chambre était propre et agréable et Bertrand s’est très bien occupé de nous lors du petit déjeuner. J’ai très bien dormi. Merci et à refaire vite !

Les chambres sont vraiment "vieillottes" : murs défraichis, salle de bain avec une vieille baignoireet un rideau de douche en nylon. Pas de balai pour les toilettes. Pas de clim , donc obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit car canicule, et route très passante à proximité ... Il faut faire le choix : Transpirer ou mettre des boules Quies pour dormir. Petit déjeuner servi seulement jusqu'à 9h en semaine; idéal peut être pour les commerciaux qui y séjournent dans le cadre de leur travail, mais inadapté pour ceux qui font du tourisme et prennent leur temps . Je ne l'ai pas testé car très mécontent du repas que j'ai pris la veille au soir dans cet hôtel, je n'ai pas voulu prendre de risque pour un petit déjeuner à 11,90€ par personne .. J'ai connu beaucoup mieux comme hôtel de cette chaîne
