I spent 1 week at the hotel at work. The hotel is reasonable, the rooms seem old, mainly in the bathroom lack maintenance. The shower was wet all except those who took bath, well disregulated, had no way to take bath or wash their hair. The hotel was cleaning and the hotel was good, but the breakfast was excellent, but every day I passed there was the same thing, should change. Chegamos do aeroporto, no hotel, às 20:40h. Surpresa! A reserva de dois quartos foram simplesmente vendidas a outros hóspedes que chegaram antes. Solução sugerida: que voltássemos para o aeroporto e ficássemos em outro hotel da rede ou aceitarmos “os dois últimos” quartos inferiores ao contratado no hotel reservado. O mais revoltante foi constatar que outros hóspedes chegaram depois e foram hospedados. Como? Se nos informaram que conseguiram os dois “últimos” quartos? Faltou mais do que profissionalismo—faltou honestidade e ética. Essa rede nunca mais.

The Gran Odara was strategically for my stay in Cuiaba the best option. The attention of the staff was very good and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and big with a lot of space. They respect biosecurity protocols and have disinfectants at every place available. Unfortunately besides the great equipped and comfortable hotel, service is a bit slow and needs to improve. Making mistakes and claiming that the error is the guest's fault is definitely a no go.

We stayed at the Amazon Aeroporto Hotel for 1-night following a visit to the Pantanal ($115 Can). The Amazon is a modern business hotel that was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable, close to the airport and to all the conveniences that that a tourist could ask for in what is not a touristy city. Our room was small but well designed, with a large comfortable bed, side tables, desk and chair, adequate clothes storage space, and a tiled bathroom with plenty of hot water for the shower. The hotel was located beside a shopping mall, with a mini-market just past the mall, and a pizza restaurant and a rodizio restaurant in the opposite direct. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fruits, baked products, ham, cheese, and freshly cooked food (eggs, tapioca, etc.). The free transfer to the airport was readily available and fast. Overall, you cannot do better for a hotel while on a trip to the Northern Pantanal.

Após 13 meses voltei a hospedar nesse hotel. Super correto. Limpo, estacionamento com manobrista, bom café da manhã. Equipe bem treinada. Pra quem vai viajar por Cuiaba é ótima opção de pernoite. Custa 20 reais a diária para deixar o carro Lá enquanto vc viaja .
