A localização é boa, café da manhã bom com reposição rápida , em geral os funcionários educados execução do manobrista com cara de poucos amigos! Os apartamentos estão antigos necessitando de uma repaginada e o banheiro uma reforma geral.

Hotel bom, quarto bom. Café da manhã bom. Agora quando dá 9:25 os garçons passam na mesa avisando que vai encerrar o café, começam a tirar os pratos da sua mesa, e pra completar desligam o ar literalmente te expulsando do local do café da manhã, ficam em volta da sua mesa só esperando vc comer com sentimento de que querem te expulsar dali! Várias vezes já me hospedei e sempre foi assim. Essa parte do café é um absurdo!

Hotel com boa estrutura porém muito antigo, bom atendimento, porém as acomodações não acompanham a apresentação de entrada e não é compatível com o preço. Muito caro pelo que é entregue. Parou no tempo em relação à estrutura e acompanhou o mercado no preço.

Hotel bem localizado e a senhora que trabalha no estacionamento é maravilhosa! O restante, está muito longe de ser bom. Os recepcionistas atendem mal e de forma ríspida, não sabem conduzir o atendimento de forma agradável, mas sempre com antipatia (detalhe: é a segunda vez que fico no hotel, na primeira estava com a minha família, nesta última, sozinho, mas nada mudou). As cobertas possuem um cheiro horrível, o chuveiro não funciona, ar condicionado escorre água dentro do quarto e o serviço de quarto, só funciona quando eles querem. No café, quando fui me servir, já eram 09:20, o café funciona até 09:30, o atendente me disse que eu tinha 10 minutos para me servir; britanicamente, após o aviso, começou recolher tudo da mesa de café e a sala estava lotada de hóspedes. Minha última decepção neste hotel. Não recomendo e não fico mais nele

Hotel com boa localização na capital mato-grossense, peça os quartos novos, que foram reformados recentemente e contam com ar condicionado split. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, especialmente porque estava hospedado sozinho. O café da manhã é básico, atende regularmente.

Acomodação ambiente maravilhoso para mim e minha família café da manha maravilhoso. Localização boa fica perto de tudo que necessitamos . Uma dica e o chuveiro apenas não gostei pois e antigo mais não tenho mais nada a reclama.
