Paid parking at the hotel itself, the amenities offered according to the photos do not match reality, I requested the exchange of a thick blanket for cleaning reasons that was already in the room and they told me that this was not possible.

Hotel bem localizado;
Atendimento no balcão ruim, atendentes com má vontade e irritadas. Não aceitam reclamações, oferecendo a restituição dos valores pagos.
Quarto pequeno, cama pequena, colchão péssimo.
Roupas de banho e cama velgos e encardidos!
O estacionamento é cobrado fora da diária e não é coberto.
Não possui academia.
A limpeza do banheiro é precária, o chuveiro não esquenta.
Restaurante serve jantar a la carte, péssima comida, sem qualidade, atendimento dos garçons deixa a desejar...
Enfim não recomendo, na minha estadia não consegui citar e vivenciar absolutamente nada de positivo e agradável, diferentemente da hospedagem em Dezembro/23, quando me hospedei e me alojaram em um quarto super confortável, amplo e agradável! Foi uma decepção que espero não passar novamente!

Banheiro não estava bem limpo, tinham cabelos de outras pessoas, o mesmo encontrado no quarto.
Recepção, no check-in demorou muito para atender, dando atenção para outras pessoas que foram chegando depois tornando assim demorado o check-in, após finalizado não foi passado nenhuma orientação tais como (localização do quarto, passado somente é no 1º) "procura lá".

A iluminação do apartamenta era muito fraca, o barulho do frigobar, foi muito incômodo e a academia do hotel decepcionante. Os colaboradores do café com sintomas gripais poderiam utilizar máscaras.
