Horrible service. Nothing like the description says. No breakfast, pool was empty, bedroom was so dirty. Property in really bad shape.

Es un hospedaje comodo, es limpio, las camas y almohadas brindan buen descanso, pero pienso les falta personal. Al llegar no había nadie en recepción teniendo que esperar más de 10minutos a que llegara alguien, y por la noche solo estaba un velador que no podía resolver ni dudas ni problemas técnicos, como que se acabó el agua en sus tinacos.

Hola!
Falta de personal capacitado para proporcionar información turística y servicio en el hotel.
La habitación en general en buen estado con los inconvenientes de que en el baño se inundaba cuando se bañaba uno y tenía goteras en el lavabo y w.c. y olores a humedad.
No se cumplió con lo promocionado que era los desayunos continentales incluidos.
Falta de conectividad de wi fi.
Falta de personal en la recepción ya que se mantenía cerrada la misma.
Pero en general el hotel está bonito, tiene áreas verdes cómodas y se puede tener un buen momento de esparcimiento!

El hotel es limpio, acogedor, tranquilo y seguro. En medio de la vegetación de la montaña justo a la entrada de Cuetzalan. Ropa de cama, instalaciones y áreas limpias, gracias por hacer mi estancia placentera después de 1 día de trabajo!
