Good location! Hotel is nice but doesn’t have an AC which in Cuernavaca means you won’t be able to sleep! Good breakfast and nice staff in the kitchen. Also people at the reception are not very helpful and couldn’t care less about their jobs. There are better choices in the city.

Desde el momento que llegué me sentí timada, al llegar a un hotel que se llama hotel catedral y muestra fotos de la catedral pero está a dos calles y hay un edificio enorme de por medio, además pagué más por una habitación que tenía balcón para tener esa vista y la única vista es el edificio lleno de grafiti y un ruido de tráfico infernal, por loq he pedi que me cambiaran de habitación a una en el interior y no me devolvieron el extra que pagué, además el baño está lleno de humedad y lo peor de todo es que en los 5 días que estuve hospedada ni un día entraron a sacar la basura limpiar o hacer las camas, e viajado desde hace muchos años y en diferentes partes del mundo y sin duda esta fue mi peor experiencia
