The hotel is beautiful and makes you feel in Cuernavaca. The only bad thing is the air conditioning, it is already old and it makes a lot of noise.

Emmanuel was courteous and very friendly as he helped us carry our bags to our rooms. The hotel is in the city, but once inside the property, it felt like you were away from the city. The room was bigger than I thought and had a great balcony. It was quiet as well. The furniture in the room might need to be replaced. However, the bed was great.

The hotel was clean but was missing the following: needs refrigerator Ironing board to small Safe was not working Toilet was flushing properly No alcoholic beverages were available Other than that it was okay Restaurant was amazing Great customer service at restaurant Food was delicious

Had a great time at this beautiful property! Outdoor dining, pool and manicured courtyard was an oasis to relax and unwind. Service was top notch and staff was very welcoming and attentive! Ivan, Emmanuel & Beto did a great job-Thank you!!

I tried to get a room but the staff told me the hotel was closed even though I saw guests walking aroung. Later I found out it was because they were selling alcohol without a licence. How can you trust a place that is clearly has no interest in obeying the laws and regulations. Did they really pass health and safety regulations? No way to know now.

It is a great hotel, family and pet friendly, the rooms are beautiful and very comfy. Also the food is well served. The only thing I expected was a climatized pool, because that’s what they told us when we called, it wasn’t cold though. Great experience.

Hotel very well located, away from the noise, small bodega-markets, bakery, a coffee place, and a botanical garden at a walking distance. Great pool with a bar to end the day with a drink after visiting museums and walking in the center area. Food was great and plenty. Emmanuel was one the workers that went beyond duty to make everybody feel welcomed.

Terrible atención al cliente por la recepcionista Selene, agresiva y grosera, habitaciones con insectos y no hay espacio para comer en restaurante porque ocupan gran espacio los empleados para comer, me acerque a una señora llamada Claudia quien no me dio respuesta acerca de los insectos en la habitación, y en recepción la recepcionista Selene estuvo todo el tiempo sentada riéndose de mi caso con los meseros, realmente mal y aún me pidieron llenar un cuestionario en mi check out cuando mi estadía realmente fue un desastre
