My room had heating installed in Cuernavaca, where it's hot. I woke up in the middle of the night, and they fixed it. I requested my upgrade, but they didn't know that ******* offers it.

Fabulous place to stay!
This was a fabulous hotel! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if ever back in Cuernavaca. Everyone at the hotel was beyond kind and helpful. Beautiful setting and the rooms were perfect.
