Pésimo servicio. Solo les importaba el evento que tenían y no los demás huéspedes que estábamos ahí. Comida fría, no estaban listos a la hora que se suponía el desayuno. La cocina para la cena la cerraron porque tenían su evento y tuvimos que buscar un lugar afuera donde comer . Teníamos 5 habitaciones reservadas como con dos meses de anticipación. Si nos avisaban sobre su famoso evento y que no nos iba a dar la atención que merecíamos, nos hubiéramos ido a otro lugar. No regresaremos nunca más.

Un sitio especial , excelente atención , en medio de la naturaleza, buena comida, lindo ambiente para tomar un vino , las fogatas en la noche, realmente es un sitio que vale la pena. Con el animo de ser critico, pienso que es posible hoy , hacer ciertas mejoras en la hostería , mas dirigidas a un hotel en el siglo XXI y al mismo tiempo puede ayudar a mejorar los ingresos del negocio, como un mini bar , cafetera y Wifi en las habitaciones.

Casi me regreso con mi familia al leer los comentarios, pero decidimos probar y la verdad súper bien nada que ver con lo que escriben comida buena, servicio rápido, atención muy buena, nos ayudo con la comida creo que era la dueña y súper bien me pareció muy amable
