Tuve un problema a la hora de dormir. Fue por un grupo de jóvenes y niñas de alguna agrupación ultra que estuvieron haciendo ruido hasta las 2 de la madrugada, con canciones y gritos. Nadie les decía nada. Creo que es un lugar tranquilo y debe seguir siéndolo.
La hospedería es muy correcta y con buen servicio aunque escaso. El paisaje boscoso es impresionante, y el conjunto de edificios está muy bien, solo sobra esa inmensa cruz y su desproporción asusta.

An unsurpassable location. Over looking the Cross of The Valley of The Fallen. You get free entry to the basilica if you stay here. The Dinner and Breakfast are tasty and plentiful- you don’t choose but that’s ok as it’s part of the charm. The rooms are comfortable , clean and quiet. Yes it’s a wee bit shabby in places but it’s old, it’s a working retreat, it’s lovely! Stay somewhere else? Maybe, but you’ll have lost out massively!

I recommend visiting the valley of the fallen and staying in the inn, I spent a fabulous week in a peaceful atmosphere, listening to the singing of the monks and their prayers is a divine experience, eating with the monks is wonderful, I wish to be able to return soon the experience was wonderful. This is the worse place I have stayed in, I booked a superior room, what I got was a soulless, bare, uninviting place to spend as little time in as possible. Nothing of comfort to be had, no mirror, hairdryer, nasty cheap sachet of shower gel, not even a bottle of water to be seen. Damp patches on walls, basic furniture that was once used by monks, and now they are charging good money for it. When I spoke to the manager he said " we don't have any stars" then they shouldn't portray it as if it has. Pictures on line show a nice modern bathroom, what we got was a horrible old one that I couldn't Bare to shower in, and it's supposed to be a superior room.Do not stay here if you want to relax and enjoy a nice meal and a good night's sleep, this is for people who are looking to experience staying in a monastery, it most certainly wasn't portrayed like that online . Restaurant and public areas are unheated and so cold you have to keep your coat on, having travelled from UK on the ferry overnight then driven for 5 hours this is not the experience I needed.

Fuimos una familia de 160 personas a comer y fué una estafa absoluta. na celebración centenaria resultó un fiasco. Solo 2 personas atendiendo, la comida era basura y la gestión del evento la peor que he visto en mi vida. La formas del responsable cuando queríamos pedir bebidas y que nos sirvieran fué de macarra de barrio. Varios de los aperitivos del coctel no aparecieron. Todo malo malo malo. Una pena por los benedictinos que fuimos allí a ayudarlos pero el resturante lo peor de mi vida

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt in historisch interessanter und baulich einmaliger Umgebung des Valle de los Caidos. Bei der Basilika, die in den Fels gesprengt wurde, handelt es sich um eine der größten der Welt.

Menú económico pero de alta calidad, platos abundantes, servicio atento y rápido, buena disposición a cambios, muy buena relación calidad-precio. Si se pudiera escoger algún vino distinto al del menú sería estupendo.
