Very bad serving foods not good hot and fast No one to issue to water if cannot serve why should run sambar was not hot eaten plate was also not taken billing not taken food is billing .zee ask anything we have to call 20 times on beside of me they order so any things but they went away without taking food because no response

Stayed for 1 night. Was upgraded from a standard to a deluxe room (at extra cost), since the standard room was too noisy (window facing the highway and vehicle honking) Requested for normal water in a jar, instead of the bottled mineral water. Were given 2 bottles of Bisleri mineral water !! The room was good and spacious. Would be good if they can provide a fan also (if not a ceiling fan, at least a table fan). Not everyone is used to sleeping with the AC. A shelf in the bathroom would help keep toileteries. Parking is available Locations is on the highway. Attached veg restaurant. Ordered tea. the tea tasted of chlorine (probably the flask was not washed properly)

Worst Hotel From Check in to till check out we faced hell a lot of issues, the rooms we occupied ac was not working..They have not provided the drinking water.. blankets was not washed properly or they provided us the used one..the front desk staffs are not ready to listen out requests.. the restaurant food was so pathetic and horrible..The tables were not cleaned properly and the water glasses were so dirty..

Cost effective stay with clean room. Restaurant experience was very good. Mr. Alex, Chef took care of us by explaining the special items of the day. He got us Corn Cheese balls and north item dishes. Corn cheese was out of the world. Excellent surprise of cheese ball in an unexpected place like cuddalore. Overall stay and food experience was really appreciative. Thanks

We had visited Cuddalore many a times and always stayed here. Never had any problem. But this time the service levels are dipped to lower most. On the day of check in we were asked to eat lunch inside the room because the restaurant was crowded. For lunch they say biriyani will be available but only mushroom biriyani was available. In the evening they took 1.5 hrs to give milk to my son. Today they made me wait for 1 hour to give Gobi Manchurian but I didn't get it yet. So I cancelled and walked away. Nobody thinks about the customer experience. I keep telling them food is taking time they don't even apologize. They go check inside but don't update us what's the status. Horrible service. Management has to look into this seriously and take action. Will look for another option going forward. Pathetic
