Good location. Terrible and ridicule policies that will not make your stay easier, but rather make you feel you are not trusted and wanted. E.g Ordering a sandwich prior to your arrival at night (no-can-do); could you please change this bill for smaller denomination ones, no-can-do; do you have a security box for my passport, no we don’t; can I make a reservation with my credit card? No-Can-Do, please deposit the cost of all nights in advance. Pretty frustrating hotel. Some employees make a good effort, the policies don’t let them help you in any way.

The worst service ever had for a familiar weekend. The hosts ask us to leave the hotel because two other members of our family came to have breakfast and were talking at the garden only because they were not guests. That was a stupid decision of the hotel staff, there was no manager or some other people to talk. Every service has extra charge, hand towels, everything it’s old and no one can make sense to take decisions, wifi sucks, mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Food regular. Definitively we never come back, we stayed there because we went for a wedding and there’s nothing in Cuautla. The best idea is look for some other place at Cocoyoc. Don’t go to this place, everything sucks.

Very clean, a FANTASTIC pool heated (you feel like in a spa), excellent bar and food, well located, pleasant, nice rooms with balcony (ask pool side), large hotel grounds. In resumé: a recoomandation !

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, jamás vengan a este hotel… el servicio es una porquería y te roban en el restaurante y así mismo la encargada no se hace responsable de los errores de sus empleados… las camas son de piedra y hay mucho ruido que no te permite dormir… esta muy sucio y hay cucarachas… Nos arrepentimos de estar aquí y al llegar te cobran un deposito de $500 que no quisieron regresar diciendo que habíamos hecho mal uso de la Habitacion… nos robaron…

El servicio al cliente es PESIMO!! Se les olvida que dependen de los huéspedes y del turismo!!! Nos salió un pelo en unas alitas y nos hicieron pagarlas!!!! Pides habitación de un lado y aunque tengan disponibles, no quieren dártelas! Era el día del grito y queríamos verlo en la pantalla del restaurante y nos corrieron que porque cerraban a las 11pm, cuando solo era esperar 5 minutos!! La regadera estaba rota!! En gral muy mala experiencia!!

Somos huéspedes desde hace más de 5 años y siempre nos hospedabamos en este hotel, pero desde que pusieron un bar al aire libre aue está al lado, es imposible dormir los fines de semana. Le pedí a la encargada de la recepción que no nos dieran habitación del lado de la alberca que es donde se escucha el escándalo, pero le valió madres y nos la aplicó. A las 10pm del sábado empezó la música a todo volumen y aún con las ventanas cerradas, el ruido era tal que las ventanas retumbaban. Bajé a la recepción y no había nadie. Hablé al teléfono publicado en su página y pedí que me cambiaran hacia el lado de la calle y el encargado amablemente nos hizo el cambio a las 1:30 AM del domingo. También quitaron el buffet de desayuno, solo hay a la carta y la variedad muy limitada. No pensamos volver a este hotel. Una lástima porque se había convertido en una tradición en mi familia, ya que aprovechabamos el museo del tren que está enfrente y es espectacular.

El hotel desde que tengo memoria h sudo excelente! Muchos que han opinado al rededor del 2008-2012 dicen que hubo pésimo servicio, pero ahorita ya han modificado eso. Quisiera decir que es excelente el hotel, solo que el bar que está al lado hace mucho ruido, es extremadamente molesto y vuelvo a recalcar: yo volvería al hotel: si, pero el bar no debería estar JUSTO al lado del hotel

La camas son muuuuy duras, y hubo fiesta con bocina muy fuerte, karaoke hasta las 5 de la mañana. Deberían tener un tope de 1 am par apoder descansar. No pudimos descansar. La alberca si es caliente..
