Perfect experience. Came to the hotel 4 hours before check-in time after a long day of flying with no sleep, asked if I could rest inside the lobby until it was time to check in, and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and kind and told me they would let me know as soon as they had a room ready so I could rest. Less than two hours later they gave me a room, which was super clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I rarely write hotel reviews but this was an exceptional experience and I would encourage anyone looking to stay in the area to choose this hotel. Muchas gracias y hasta lluego!

in my previous visit the stay was excellent, but this time I was very disappointed from the hotel, the room's healthcare in very bad conditions the toilet cover broke with the hair-from completely wet, the floor of the bathroom very sweet as a saroso. At the time of generating my reservation I request a couple of extra coats, not taking into account what is requested in generating the reservation when arrived I request it and they took an hour to take me that couple of extra coats was very late necessary rest and in the end we could not do it until after 2 calls to the reception and one hour of waiting
