The environment is very average and there is no air conditioning. There are many children and adults, which are noisy, and the sound insulation of the house is not good.

This is an ideal hotel for the whole family. The hotel is clean and you can also take your dog with you. The sauna is good, but the benches are broken, otherwise a clean spa. I can recommend. it is a good hotel for a family with children.

The accommodation is clean but very basic.No air conditioning.Pool area needs a good clean broken & raised slabs weeds growing & broken sun beds generally run down. Restaurant staff great but only a buffet available which wasn’t very warm or much choice.We wanted a message in wellness centre we rang solidly all morning & nobody answered went to wellness centre nobody there & Reception were also unable to contact them!No price lists for beauty or Wellness are available in English & no English TV in rooms.We were unfortunate that there was a huge amount of mosquitos so we’ were covered in bites,

If you're looking for peace, quiet, and to "just be," then this is the place for you. The grounds are spacious and most are not open to vehicles, so very quiet and great for kids or dogs to play. There are bicycle trails everywhere as well as a great thermal lake within 5 minutes. There is also a great underground cave that you can paddle a row boat through the underground caverns (very unique). Would highly recommend this to families looking to get away and spend time together. Parking on the grounds is easy and gated with security (not that you need it from a safety perspective). Parking off grounds everywhere is paid. If you try to park anywhere in town that looks like it may not require payment, you'll get a ticket (I got 2)! Food in the area is wonderful. Finally, if you only speak English, then outside the resort you may have some communication challenges communicating than in Budapest or western Europe, but if you know that and go in with an open mind and flexibility, then you'll have a wonderful time in this area and at this resort.

The resort is in nature next to the largest natural thermal lake in the world. You are surrounded by nature, domestic dogs and horses. The resort provides you with all the possibilities so you don't have to go out too much unless you are an adventurer. You should visit the nearby Heviz and Kesthelj on Balaton. Don't miss the Balaton cruise. Food is not expensive wherever you buy it. I drank 0.75l of an unexpectedly excellent Hungarian white wine that I paid less than €1 in Spar. I was expecting garbage from the wine, but I got a drinkable and delicious one that brightened up our evening

Nice and pretty family resort. We were unfortunate to get units with no balcony or terrasse. Not good for a summer holiday. Still, in general, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Balaton activities at very affordable prices.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. The property is Absolutely beautiful and well maintained. My room was Comfortable and quiet, And had everything I needed.. I look forward to returning to this wonderful place!

Very long check-in/out time, bagagge-carrying is very difficult, wifi access limited unmeaningfully (four equipment access in an apartement for 6/6?! and each time by changing one each shall be reconnected by a complicated password again?!!), kitchen should be refurbisched, missing oven
