Another exceptional stay. Warm reception by the Odin family who founded the hotel. Service is superb and the suite in the nearby complex (especially # 1) with access to a large terrace with chais longs and walk out onto the fields. They allowed our very small dog which was lovely (she fell their dog named “Spoon” of the family and like us can’t wait to go back. The dinner next to the fireplace in the Chateau was perfect with super service of the young Indian man from Kerala, and thoughtful suggestions. Breakfast as a picnic delivered to our room was perfect. Highly recommended in all respects.

Marvellous as always, we always try to spend a couple of night here in late August and the hotel never disappoints - peace, comfort, stunning views from the room and delicious food.

This beautiful hotel and exceptional staff made our 5 daughters ages 9-16 feel like true princesses. The rooms and beds are gorgeous and comfortable, the views are stunning, and the restaurant’s food is delicious. We spent 6 nights here, and we loved how serene and quiet it was. We awoke to birds and soft breezes every morning. The staff was so kind and helpful. We loved the picturesque drive and romantic setting. We just loved it!!

We stayed a weekend at the Suites Luxe at the Maison des Ecureuils. The suit was absolutely perfect, nice balcony with lake and mountain view, music with SONOS in each room. The service was excellent and the restaurant very good with fresh ingredients.

Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, BUT still be within 20 minutes of downtown Geneva? This is your answer, especially if you have a family! Nestled in the beautiful French countryside, is a property resembling the castle from Beauty and the Beast. On a clear day, you have views of Mont Blanc, Lake Annecy, Geneva/Lac Leman. We stayed at the suites with our family (2 bedroom and kitchenette) and couldn’t be happier. The rooms are meticulously clean, the beds are very comfortable, and all amenities work well. Excellent hiking trails, road and mountain biking too!

A really special place. The view from our room over the alps is incredible. Lovely chateau with different areas to spend time. Staff are lovely and speak good English. Beautiful three course dinner last night of froie grad w rhubarb, duck and then a yummy pistachio and chocolate dessert. So highly recommend.

Enchanting, lovely stay! My mother and I stayed at Chateau des Avenieres for 4 days. Delightful culinary experience, very comfortable rooms with stunning 180 views of the mountains, and very friendly staff.

From the sunroom in our room, we enjoyed views of Lac Leman on one side and Mt Blanc on the other side. Such a beautiful location, restored by a family with heart and mind to make it a special place to visit. Their warmth and care is evident everywhere in the domaine. It was also nice to be alerted to the chapel inside, restored as well to a beautiful standard. We look forward to staying again.
